Don't Trust Their Timelines - Very Disorganized

July 10, 2006 - Called to get a quote. Tom told me $1,050 from Des Moines to DC.
July 13, 2006 - Called to place shipping order and was told the car would be picked up in 7-10 days
July 20, 2006 - Contacted them to get an idea of where we were with the scheduling for pick up.
Tom (original dispatcher that took my order) had no idea, and did not offer to
to look into it. Just told me it would be soon.
July 24, 2006 - 10am EST - Spoke to Tom in order to get a pick up date. Again, he played very
vague over the phone. Could not give me a date of pick up. (By the way, my
classic car had been paid for, in full, and was still sitting at the seller's home). I
asked if he had anyway way of knowing, or researching, when my car would be
picked up. Once again, he simply said, "No."

July 24, 2006 - 12pm EST. Called Horseless Carraige to cancel my order. Afterall, what makes me
think I'll even get my car if they have no idea, after 10 days of initial order, when
my car will be picked up? That's when "Bob" (head dispatcher) came on the line.
He simply told me it would be sometime this week, but could not give me a date.
I CANCELLED THE ORDER ANYWAY.

July 24, 2006 - 1pm EST. I received a call from the "contracted' driver for Horseless Carraige. He
told me he had received a dispatch to pick up my car around 11am that morning
and wanted to set up a pick up time. ARE YOU FRIGGIN' KIDDING ME?
