When I moved from the east coast to the west coast, I decided to ship my cars. Based on recommendation by friends, I decided to choose Horseless Carriage, even their quote is more expensive than Intercity and Passport / Fedex. They were on time with the pickup of car, but that was about the only thing that was right about this transport. After that, my M3 was sitting on their New Jersey depot for weeks until they found a truck that is coming to the Pacific Northwest. I would call every other day to find out the status of my car, but no one seemed to care. Either they tell you it's gonna be picked up soon, or just wait since your route is not popular. The only thing good is that the driver who delivered my car was very nice and the car had been under covers during the trip so it remained clean. Other than that, they failed in every other aspect. I will not give them my business again.
