I want to tell everyone who is interested in wanting to move their household items and across state. Please ....... do not use this company called Home Team Movers. they are cheaters, and liars. they took my deposit on 9/1/13. it is was $480 and did not refund back my deposit when I requested them to cancel my order. the order contract stated that they were going to refund deposits if the customer calls one week before the pick up date. I called before three weeks pick up date. it has been a month and no one refunded my deposit and they abused me verbally. Geneva never answered the phone. the supervior was condensending and sarcastic toward me. Now, the date is 10/8/13. they have not paid me my money back. I'm a single parent who was moving by myself. they have caused me stress. I'm glad my household items were not pick up by them and also paid them 1825 dollars. I'm very excited that I did not choose them. My bank is finally dealing with them. because I have to pay the money took from to the bank. I'm negative on my bank account and have to pay the charges acrued. Please do not give your debit card to his people. they are liars, cheats. their compliances department is a bull. they are liars and once your card is obtained nothing would be done to refund or respect the customer. I would not use them if I were you. I lost 480 dollars. what would have happen to my household item and the money I paid them only god knows. watch out.....
