I purchased a car and had to have it transported from Ohio to Florida. I had no specific time to get it down here, but the pick up had to be on a specific, predetermined day. No other company would guarantee a particular pick up day and I was getting quite frustrated. I read all the reviews here and decided to get a quote from Hilton Auto Transport. Once I had the quote, I told Nichole my dilemma and she said it was not a problem and she would work with me. I sent her a list of pickup days and figured it would be a few days before I heard from her. Well, she called me the next day with a carrier and it was all set! She even got it for cheaper than the quote. The pickup was very easy, the driver from Buckeye Transport called and set a time and showed up exactly when he said he would. The delivery took longer for me because of the car being picked up on a certain day. They left Ohio on Sunday and delivered my car on Wednesday. The driver called Tuesday with a confirmation and then called again Wednesday when he was near my drop off point. I have no complaints about either company, car was perfect. The only thing you need to remember is that upon delivery if they bring the car to you, you have to take the driver back to his truck! I missed that part on the paperwork. But we worked it all out and I have already recommended Hilton Auto Transport to others. I would definitely use them again! Nichole was great and easily contacted at any time. Thank you so much!
