I was nervous trusting someone else with my "baby". Although, I didn't have the time to transport my own car. Nicky must have sensed this. She was extremely thoughtful, prompt and on top of things. Everything went well. Naturally, there were a couple hiccups, nothing major - quite trivial... however, Nicky treated everything seriously and professionally. I would not hesitate to use her again, and feel secure that my "baby" is being well looked out for.
