I have to admit that I was VERY uneasy about turning over my car to an auto moving company, mostly because I had heard that auto movers were the most shady group in the transportation industry. If Hilton Auto Transport is any indication of the state of the industry, I was wrong!

Nichole was diligent throughout the process, both in keeping me informed about the move, as well as maintaining an honest dialogue to work me through the process.

John, the driver, called me twice to tell me that he was further behind schedule but he seemed genuinely apologetic and concerned that we would be inconvenienced. When John arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. My humble Honda Accord, by the way, was in very good company with Caddys, Mercedes and even a street-legal Indy car (no kidding)! Also, John kept in contact with us during his trip to keep us informed of his ETA with our car.
