At first I had doubt as I didnt receive any email confirmation of quote from Hilton Transport. But, Nichole later compensated with prompt calls and arranged for a different carrier when the first one got cancelled. At the end everything worked out fine.
It would have helped us if we had received an email confirmation with order number and quote. That is the only negative point in our experience.
The driver Curtis was nice, patient and communicated with us during his trip and before reaching the destination.
