Nichole is Completely Trustworthy

I have never used one of these services before and heard horror stories. Nichole is a straight-shooting, fast-moving (in a good way) woman who has obvious expertise in this area. She gets right to the point, doesn't give a bunch of flowery talk and the $125 that went to her for my job was completely worth it. I did not want to risk someone damaging my car, and believe Nichole works with only reputable and dedicated drivers. Both the guy who picked up my car, and the guy who dropped it off had good vibes and seemed totally trustworthy.

One thing that really impressed me. Nichole made a typo on my order, with the zip code and this almost resulted in a big and irritating delay on the day of the pick-up. She immediately took responsibility for the error, and somewhat magically arranged for another truck to show up promptly. Something that could have been a real problem was handled without missing a beat and with a level of candor that was both rare and cool.
