I was nervous about shipping a car, having never done this before, but the entire experience was smooth and uneventful. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable, no hidden costs or surprises. This is a family-run business and Nichole, the owner who handles the arrangements, was easy to get a hold of, very helpful and pleasant. Nichole was able to have the car picked up the next day after I requested shipping! Her driver was prompt, showed up when he said he would. The car arrived safely cross country, no damages or problems. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended! Hilton Auto Transport ranks high with the Better Business Bureau, as well, which is not true of all of the highly rated car shippers here. Check them out.
