This is my first time needing to ship a car. Never done it before but needed it done because a family members car broke down while visiting. The car needed to be shipped back to Oakland from Orange County because warranty work was to be done on the transmission. I didn't know what to expect or how much of a pain this will be. I am also went around to different internet sites for quotes and reviews. I decided to give them a try because they had the best quote and nothing but good reviews. I left a message on a Saturday (I believe they are closed on weekends), expecting a call back on Monday when they are open. To my surprise they called me back right away because Nichole happened to be in the office. That was my first sign of great service. I expected a burly guy to call me back but got the nicest lady ever. Nichole is super helpful and was able to set me up quickly and get things moving. I met up with the carrier driver and he was also very friendly as well. He gave me a call 30 min before arriving and informed me he was close by, which I requested. The car arrived to Oakland on time and in the same condition.

2 months later to this past weekend. The exact same situation happens again. Same car, same location, and same problem. This time with more special requests due to location. Nichole is working hard to get my problem handled and is keeping me updated.
