HILTON IS AWESOME!!! i mean seriously, there is a reason they get good reviews! instead of saying the obvious such as my car was undamaged/ontime/great service/great attittude, on top of that i felt like i was working with honest people and NOT crooks! nichole was very helpful. there were times were i was calling her on a daily basis to find out if she heard about any dispatches and she never once was annoyed. she was really helpful and was not at all pushy. she didn't ask me for my credit card information up front. with her, i did not feel like i was falling into a scam. she is honest and she is all about customer satisfaction! i really felt like i could trust her and i even felt like she wanted my car to get to oklahoma city as badly as i did. i was on a time crunch and she managed to get my car there on time. my car was transported by ns transport and they were really great. dalila from ns transport called me the day my car was goign to reach oklahoma and said it would be there at 8-9pm. i told her i didn't feel comfortable doign my inspection at night and she was totally cool about it and said she would come in the morning the next day. i think if hilton did get any bad reviews on thsi site its just because of bad luck and has nothing to do with the company. if your car is on an open 4 wheel vehicle getting transported across the us, yes bad things can happen....and they do. but that is in no way a reflection of the broker services. i lucked out and was fortunate to have an awesome broker like nichole and also an awesome transportation system like NS transport. WITHOUT A DOUBT, YESSS I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HILTON LATER AND REFER ALL MY FRIENDS TO THEM. H = Hilton = Honesty
