Can't believe how great it went

I called on Friday to say the car was ready for pick up. Nichole called me back on Saturday to tell me that the car could be picked up Sunday.

In fact, the seller and I were having trouble with our schedules to accomodate the pickup and Nichole went above and beyond to help us make the pickup work

The car did get picked up on Sunday by Christian from Quicksilver Transport (the trucking company). He was amazingly courteous, communicative and helpful.

The car arrived 8 days later on Monday. It would've been here even sooner, but he had to contend with a wave of ice storms.

The most amazing part of the story is that when the car arrived and was taken off the truck, it conked out (an electrical problem--not related to transport) Christian the driver seeing that I had a problem used his car charger and rode with me to my house to make sure I got home alright.

What an amazing experience. Nichole was great and she obviously picks great truck drivers to work with.

By the way, this was my first time ever transporting a car, so I was very nervous. I used this site to choose Hilton. I received a couple quotes that were cheaper, but the reviews for those other places were awful. I chose to pay a little more and go with Hilton. This was a wise move on my part.
