excellent but needs a full time phone operator

used hilton auto transport and the pick up was on time. my only gripe was that sometimes no one answered the phone for extended periods of time. maybe there is only one person operating the phone. apart from that, the smoothest transaction i ever had.

the truck driver called ahead to make sure i was available for receiving the car and also was willing to accommodate to my time. will use this company again.
