Jittery start, but great overall!

I got a prompt quote back from Nicole and transport was scheduled immediately. Unfortunately, it was too fast since I wasn't going to be out in CA until the 8th of August and the car would be there long before I was even out there. So we decided to hold the car for a few days before putting it back on the carrier boards.

Several days passed before I called Nicole back. She didn't remember anything about my order until I was able to dig up the order number, so keep that handy at all times. Basically, my car could have been put on the carrier board a bit sooner so I didn't have to get a rental car for almost a week while I was in CA. Also, I had to arrange for a friend to meet the carrier since I was sitting @ the airport a few states away when I got the call that they were ready to pick the car up. I didn't get the 24 hour notice that I was promised, but everything worked out. If the car had been picked up a day or two earlier, there wouldn't have been so many worries, but like i said, it all worked out.

The car was transported by Coupes Auto Transport and they were fantastic! My only surprise was that I had to provide them with directions around the LA area to my building and I really didn't know my way around the city. Luckily I was in front of a computer when he called and was able to pull up google maps to direct him here from the north.

All in all I will definitely be using Hilton Auto transport and hopefully the circumstances will allow me to be more flexible with transport dates.
