Found Hilton through this site after my car sat for nearly a month because of another company's too-low asking bid-- you have to understand how the system works and realize that a low price doesn't equate to a better deal here-- on the other hand, a higher price is typically just that but it gets you faster delivery... Hilton's price was nearly double what I'd been quoted earlier and waited for.

Had a very positive experience despite being more than a little pessimistic based on what I'd already been through. The other reviews here are why I picked Hilton coupled with the online booking and deposit payment capabilty-- Nicole is responsive, honest, and effective, and my car was picked up within the contract window of 1-3 days, although my booking on a Thursday might have slowed that down just a bit.

The contract driver was great and my car arrived with zero issues. He called me several times along the way and I would hope he would be able to move my car again because it was a positive experience all around.

It's very important to understand how the auto moving industry works-- it's like a reverse ebay system, the brokers bid a price and then drivers pick up the bids and create loads and itineraries for themselves in the process. The broker keeps a fee and the hauler gets the rest on delivery. That also means that the brokers have inside knowledge on what prices will move cars faster or slower (if they pay attention), and you could end up paying more for the same result, or not paying enough and waiting and waiting...

I picked Hilton because they have the highest number and percentage of positive reviews. Good choice.
