This was our first experience with transporting a vehicle across country. After a fair amount of research about the topic, getting quotes, and reading transport company reviews, we selected Hilton. The quote was not the most expensive nor was it the least expensive. Even though this company had excellent reviews, I still had my reservations. I am very happy to say that the reviews were all true - excellent customer service, prompt response via email and phone, timely pick up and delivery without a hitch. At the delivery end, the driver called ahead to schedule the pick-up. This was a concern as my son was in class most of the day. I am happy to recommend this company any time and will use them when we transport the car back to CA.
