I was very impressed with their ability to beat expectations. I was initially promised a 5-7 day pickup window. To my surprise, I received a call on the 2nd day informing me that the driver was enroute to pick up the car, and to top it all of the car was delivered to the destination on the 6th day after my initial call. This type of service is what sets Hilton auto transport apart from all of the other companies out there. I will be a customer of theirs for life.
