My oldest daughter was going off to college and we needed to ship her car. This was the first time we had ever shipped a car and I was so worried something would go wrong. I shopped around for a month before finally settling on Hilton. Nicole was the first agent I had spoken with that didnt seem like a salesman. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. On top of that, her rate was one of the cheapest. I was still so worried because it seemed like it was all going way too easy. Everytime I had a question, I could call Nicole and she would get back to me within 10 minutes. She called me several times to confirm the move. Finally it was moving day. The driver Tony was right on time and on top of that, at the last minute, we changed the pickup address. He had no problem with it at all. He arrived to pickup the car on time and was so nice and pleasant. I just kept thinking this is going way to smoothly. Tony was in constant contact with me. Everytime I called him, he called me back. Tony arrived a day earlier then planned and agian, I changed the drop off place. Tony had no problem and didnt make me feel like I was being a pain. When he delivered the car, the battery was dead. Tony pulled a charger out of his truck and charged my car for me. The whole experience could not have gone any better.
The following day, I received a call from Nicole making sure everything went okay.
Not only would I choose Hilton again and Tony again, I wouldnt go with anyone else. I know this is a long review but, it was such a relief for everything to go so perfectly!
