I purchased a new 2010 Chevy Camaro from a dealer in Michigan and needed to have it shipped to my home in Washington state. Hilton Auto Transport was highly recommended to me by my sales person and after the service I received I understand why he recommends them to all his customers for their transport needs! I had also come to transportreviews.com to double check and saw nothing but one excellent review after another. Nichole was great. She called me right back after I left her a message asking for a shipping quote, got me a very reasonable price, and had the pickup scheduled, all within a few hours. On the day before my new car was supposed to be picked up, the carrier had a slight scheduling issue due to the type of trailer my car needed. Once again Nichole was awesome. She let me know about the issue and actually got my service upgraded to an enclosed carrier for the same price, and the car still arrived on the original estimated date, no time lost! The car was perfect on arrival. I can't express how important it was to me to have my car very well taken care of, and Nichole got it done. She also called me on the day of arrival to make sure everything went well. I can't thank her and her company enough for the tremendous job they did. For ANY auto shipping needs in my future, I will ABSOLUTELY be calling Nichole at Hilton Auto Transport!
