This was my first time using an auto transport service so I had no clue what to expect. I googled up auto transport, went with a broker and learned it is a very competitive business. Hilton auto transport came up on list with a great BBB rating, so I gave them a call to discuss my wants and needs along with some concerns I had. Nichole answered phone immedietly, we discussed the business of auto transport and she arranged a pickup and called me back in about 1 hour. Pickup was to be in 2 days which it was. Transporters called me 1 day prior to delivery to keep me in the loop on approximate delivery and called a few times after that to let me know where they were and if they were on schedule. Vehicle was delivered in good condition. If I ever need an auto transport in the future I would not hesitate to call Nichole at Hilton again.
