Brief Synopsis:
I called to place my order with Nichole on May 26th. She called back to finalize my order on May 27th. I was told the car would be picked up the following day, May 28th, and arrive in 5 days, June 2nd. I met the driver to pick up my car at 11pm on June 1st.

Detailed Description:
As a first time shipper, I researched multiple companies to transport my BMW 330i. Quotes ranged from $450 to $1,000 to transport my car from Torrance, CA to Austin, TX. When I spoke with representatives from the companies offering a lower quote, I was treated rudely for asking questions. Also, I wasn't able to find credible accounts from clients. They seemed sketchy. I chose a slightly higher price for a seemingly more reliable company. From the time I finalized my order with Nichole on May 27th to the time I received a call from the truck driver on June 1st at 2pm, I received no information about my shipment status. This made me slightly uneasy since this was my first car purchase and first auto transport. Everything worked out in the end, but hindsight is always 20/20. The truck driver called me 1 day earlier than Nichole estimated my delivery. English wasn't his first language which made conversation a little difficult, but it was manageable. He said I would be able to pick up my car at either 7pm on June 1st or the morning of June 2nd, but he would call me later to confirm this. I was called at 10pm on June 1st and he offered to meet in about 30 minutes. Fortunately, it worked out for me. It was a little undesirable to work around an uncertain schedule, but I guess that's expected. My car had no damage that I could find (yet). It was just dirty (mostly from the open transport and/or the dirty car above).

Pros:
- Reasonable price
- Reasonable duration

Cons:
- Shipment status
- Driver's English
