I purchased a new motorcycle from a dealership in California and I needed it shipped to Colorado. After 2 months of research I settled on 3 companies and gave them all a call. When I spoke with Nicole at Hilton Auto Transport it was very nice to get straight and honest information that I did not feel I was getting from the other companies. She told me up front that motorcycles were not there thing but she would see what she could come up with.

She got back to me quickly and said she had a driver. I did not expect a quick shipment because it was right around the Christmas holiday when I requested the shipment and the dealer was not very cooperative with being available but Nicole found an excellent driver who picked up my bike and delivered it within 4 days in perfect condition.

Overall a very good experience, much less stressful than I thought it would be. Nicole was always on top of things and kept me informed, which was the most important thing, plus it's always better to talk to a person than a machine.
