We had to transport two cars from California to Virginia. I had never used a transport company before, so I was not sure what to expect. I researched several companies, and chose Hilton due to the excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. Several other companies I researched had numerous complaints on file. Nichole was very professional and prompt, and was able to arrange our transport very quickly and for a reasonable price. Her demeanor makes it clear that she is very interested in providing excellent customer service. The driver representative contacted us within 2 days of speaking with Nichole, and gave us updates a few times prior to the pickup. The driver was also very professional and courteous. He was available by phone and kept us updated about his arrival time, which he thought may be delayed due to weather. In the end, he got our cars there in only 5 days and was ahead of schedule the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone!
