Hi,
I wanted to move my car, from OH to CA. I initialled worked out the transport with Hilton Auto Transport. They asked me to pay 150$ more to expidiate the transport and i agreed. The car was picked up the next day but then it was as if the rest of the things were just forgotten. Hiltion transport did not even bother to ask if my car was delivered. I actually had to google on the telephone number of the transport company. and i came to know that they could not deliver the car until next 2 weeks. Hilton auto transport was not even aware of this and I called them up and infromed them this. They told me they will look for another transporter. 2 Days nothing happened. I then called them up again jus to find out that they are "still working" .It was not 4th week from they day i had placed my order.
I had to do all the work that a transporter is supposed to do for you, right from co-ordinating with the driver to finding a transport company.
Hilton Transport changred me 150$ and did nothing for me.

WE ARE SOO SORRY THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN. We did all we could and even over Christmas kept him up to date with his move!!
