This was my first experience with auto shipping and I had my expectations set pretty low because of all the negative reviews about shippers. Everything did not go smotthly, but Hilton did a very good job on their end and I was pleased with how things worked out.

After placing my order I was contacted that same day and told a truck would be picking my car up only a few days later. Nicole charged their deposit and everything was set. Problem was that the trucker vanished off the face of the earth--never showed up, never answered his phone, never called us. Nicole was a little hard to reach, as people have mentioned, but when I got a hold of her she was more than willing to go out of her way to make things right.

After about another week and additional money added to the truckers fee (she took it out of their commission) she located another trucker. I received the car coast-to-coast in only 6 days after that. Truckers can be unreliable and that is what I expected, but Hilton did their job very well and made sure I always knew that they were working on it.

I would recommend Hilton and would use them in the future. Thanks Nicole.
