I began my search for an auto transport company to make arrangements for my bosses daughter's car to be shipped from her home in Los Angeles to her university in Washington, DC. I started by coming to this website to read reviews. It didn't take long for me to find the 4 or 5 best companies, and I asked each of them for a quote. Hilton's quote was the least on its face, and so I called and spoke to Nichole. She answered my questions without hesitation. She was friendly, called me back at home and on cell and wherever she could find me.

I chose the Standard Rate, because it was not necessary to arrange for fast pickup.

Nichole gave me a range of 3 days in which the car would be picked up. About 12 hours prior to pickup I was notified, and the service arrived right on time.

The driver of the car carrier was efficient and friendly, so I knew that Hilton had chosen well.

When the car rolled away I was told it would take up to 10 days to go across country, there were several storms in the south and southeast at the time. It took 9 days.

They called my bosses daughter about 12 hours prior to delivery and delivered right on time.

It was easy for me, and inexpensive for them. We were all very pleased.
