I was dreading having to entrust my car to a transport company. Nicole explained the whole process and was easily accessible to call back and ask questions/schedule pick-up dates. My pick-up date was the day after I originally contacted them! Pick-up and drop-off staff were very professional and did an good job loading/unloading. Will definitely use Hilton again if I need to transport a car.
