I contacted Nicole at Hilton Auto Transport on a Friday. By Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) she had already had someone booked. My SUV was picked up on Thursday and delivered by the next Friday. The SUV was in the same condition that I had left it in. It was a little dirty but that was due to rain...no big deal. The only complaint that I have is that I was told that the delivery amount would be $850 then when the driver called to say that my truck was on its way, the amount changed to $950. Before I was able to call Nicole, she had already called me to apologize for the misunderstanding. She owned up to her mistake and I appreciate her for that. I will be calling Nicole again to arrange for our return back to California!!
