Called Hilton on a Thursday to schedule a move from southern California to Austin, TX. Received a call back later the same day from Nichole saying the car would be picked up the following Tuesday or Wednesday. It was picked up Thursday (somewhat of a scheduling problem between the person with my car and the driver). It was delivered Sunday morning (11 days after my first call). I paid the 'standard' rate from Hilton. Basically the more you pay, the quicker you'll get your car delivered. If you are off the beaten path, offer more money and you will get better response times from drivers. If you are in common routes (CA to TX is common), then pay the standard rate and you should be OK - at least I was. Overall the service was painless on my part and worked as promised by Nichole.
