I've used Hilton Transport services several times(Seattle,WA. to AZ.and Yardville NJ. to AZ.).All of my past experiences with Nicole have been very good.I recently shipped a full size car from Yardville,NJ.the quote that I received was very good compared to the bigger firms out there.She took a very short amount of time to get me hooked up with a car carrier to deliver my vehicle in less than a weeks time.I feel that Nichole kept me informed of her progress locating a carrier.The quote I received was to deliver my car from location in NJ(house) to my front door in AZ(house).My experience with the competition was that they all charge much higher rates and are therefore are making more of a profit margin.Nichole seems to keep this in mind when trying to arrange transport.The carriers are instructed to contact person at pickup location 24 hrs in advance to make the proper arrangements and also too inform me when it was picked up and on it's way.I was also given a heads up when the vehicle would be arriving 24 hrs in advance.The car was taken care of on it's journey and arrived as expected within a weeks time of being picked up just as I was told it would be.I am currently working with Nichole to pickup another vehicle in SC. and I'm sure everything will be arranged quickly as was the last two times that I've used Hilton Auto Transport.Thanks Kevin
