We chose Hilton Auto transport to move our car because the rate was reasonable and Nicle was eay to get in touch with. She told us it would be 7 - 10 days before they would pick up our car. 10 days went by without hearing anything. After 14 days I started calling Nicole trying to get an update. She either was not in the office or did not pick up the phone. When I did finally reach her after another week, all she could tell me was that she was still working on it and that she had even "backed out" of her cut, meaning she says she would not make a profit if they moved our car. She also said that since the car was now housed in MA (we started in RI, but we had to move so we housed the car at our inlaws) that she would have no problem getting the car moved because there were already seven other cars waiting to go from MA to NC and they were all for significantly lower cost than what we were offering for the move. Another week, then ten days go by with nothing. Not a phone call, not an email, just nothing. We ended up having my husband fly to MA and drive the car down himself. It was frustrating having our car not moved the way we were told it would be, but it was more frustrating that we could not reach Nicole on the phone. I tried calling mornings, nights & afternoons. I left messages with multiples numbers where I could be contacted. I sent emails that were not responded to. I would not recommend using Hilton Auto transport. I am not sure why my experience was so terrible when everyone else here on the site was pleased. Bogus reviews?

We at Hilton do a good job in helping all of our customers we are not only on this site but members of the BBB we are sorry this car did not move. If you take a close look at this site you will see how auto transport works and how brokers work. We wish every one the best of luck. What this person is talking about when they say put out money on the move is, We will back of our broker fee if we do not mover your car in 7 days! We do ALL we can to move cars!
