I called Hilton Transport to schedule pickup of a vehicle in Colo. to be delivered to NV. Nichole was very encouraging about getting the vehicle delivered. However, I asked her to wait a week before any pickup was to be made. She said she'd call me back in a week which she did not. The following day I called her and she wasn't sure who I was etc. She was abrupt and said to expect the vehicle to be picked up in 1 to 7 business days. Another week went by without any calls from Nichole. I called and had to leave a voice mail and emailed her as well. She did return my call and said that it was "difficult, difficult, very difficult" to find any drivers that would go to Reno. I told her that one of the nations largest car shows is held the next week here in Reno and that I had a hard time believing that. She said she would, again, call me within a week. It's been 10 more days now and I have left several messages which she has not returned. I do not recommed Hilton Transport to anyone after my experience with them. At this time, I still haven't had the vehicle delivered and have to have it removed from it's Colo. location within the next 2 weeks. Very poor customer service.
