Last Christmas eve (2004) I ended up broken down 1100 miles from home. I had to abandon my car at a service station and fly home. Nicole at Hilton Auto Transport was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be shipped home. I was originally quoted 8-10 business days. My car arrived home on the 5th day. I was extremely impressed with Nicole's professionalism and ability to handle the whole process. I was most impressed with the way they set an expectation of 8 - 10 days and then beat it. Way to go Hilton!
