I first started looking at transport companies and i was very nervous. "Are you telling me i'm going to give some guy my car and he's going to drop it off across the country days later for about a grand." I was very skeptical. I called the better business bureau about one company i was going to use and they had an F rating. I called them and they said, "Thats how the business works, people dont get their car within 15 minutes of the said time and they bitch." I later looked at other companies in the area and Hilton came up with a AA rating, and no excuses. I also found out that the one complaint they DID have, they responded to immediately and fixed the problem. Done.

Nicole was very nice and walked me through the whole process. She assured me that my 1963 impala (my firstborn) was going to be just fine. And she was right, it was. The company that actually did the transportation was fairly local in Michigan and my father had a great time talking to the gentlemen while he loaded the car.

It arrived in great condition. It was a day late, but it was no fault of the carrier. he had to put a car in a container at the port and the port couldnt accommodate him at the time (might be naive, but whatever). no problem.

i HIGHLY recommend Hilton Transport to ANYONE ready to ship a car.

sincerely,
