This is one of the few times I rate a vendor as excellent. The pricing was quite straightforward (no tricks), dispatch was fast (the next day they got a carrier assigned), and pickup/dropoff was on time without trouble. It is well worth the premium of the $100 you pay over the quote from others, which one of my friends had very bad experiences with.
