Bent over backwards to bail me out of a jam

Hilton and in particular Nicole there customer service rep really bent over backwards to help me out of a bad, bad situation.

I had contracted with probably the worst auto transport company in the U.S. “Interstate”
Rated 1 star with 12 out of 14 reviews being Zero Stars!! Anyway I called Hilton in a panic with less then 3 days before my flight to Minnesota from Las Vegas. HELP!!

Given the emergency Hilton recommended I pay a little more to get a Driver A.S.A.P.
It paid off. Hilton had my car on the road 72 hours after I made first contact with Nicole.
WOW! The car was delivered in perfect shape and on time right to my door. The driver was courteous and gave me notice the day before and even gave me a time.
All of this in spite of two big SNOW STORMS with over 8 inches of ice and snow while the driver was headed my way!

Had I not been in a hurry I could have saved $150 and maybe waited a few extra days but I really needed my car.

They kept in contact with me both driver and Hilton and I felt really special. There customer service is A+!

Thank you Hilton and in particular Nicole for turning a potential disaster into a pleasant experience! And of course the driver Lonny for managing to get my car to me on time despite snow and ice storms and hazardous road conditions.

I don't usually write reviews of companies but I felt I owed Hilton this review. They are outstanding in every way and there prices are reasonable.
