By the basic standard of providing the service they promised, they not only shipped my car on time, but it even arrived earlier in the day than expected. Excellent.
Their customer service was also excellent. I felt like I was talking to a person who could get things done rather than someone nameless in a pool of customer service representatives. Nichole was very polite and seemed very concerned that all their promises were met for the agreed price.
If I ever move again, I won't even look at another company.
For anyone who is cynical and grumpy reading these reviews, please know that I am also pretty cynical and grumpy about moving services, but these folks are definitely worth using.
