Company is running a scam.

I called to have my car picked up and spoke to the person in sales who claimed to be the owner of the company. I asked him when they could pick up the car, and how their pickup times worked, as most companies give you a window date. This man said "you are talking to the owner of the company, and I am telling you that your car will be picked up on Thursday!" He told me he was sending me a confirmation email in a few minutes which I was to fax back to him. I never recieved the email, and emailed him back asking whether there was any additional paperwork needed to be picked up prior to my pickup. The answer was no. I responded back, asking once again, whether they would pick the car up on Thursday. Answer from once again yes.
Thursday went by without a phone call or an email from the company. The car was never picked up. I called back on Friday morning only to be told by the owner that the "the driver broke down". My parents, who had the car also called, and the woman they have spoken to said that I misunderstood them, and that there was a 3 day pickup window from Thursday (even though I specifically asked this when placing the order.)
So, the whole weekend went by, and still no car pickup. Oh, and they conveniently charged my credit card for the entire amount. I called back today, and first got the supposed owner of the company, who when I started complaining about my order pretended that he was the answering service for the company, and that customer service would call me back. No one called back, so I called again, and finally got a hold of someone...who proceeded to tell me that I misunderstood, that no one ever guaranteed a Thursday pickup, and that they would only now try to locate a driver...Which of course is total bullshit.
So, I cancelled the order with these people. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! For someone claiming to be the owner of the company to completely lie on every occasion that I had spoken to him on is completely ludicrous! This is the shadiest, most dishonest company out there! So, please learn from my mistakes, and don't use them.
