It was so simple, they gave me a phone call about an hour ahead of the pick up time for a good warning, and then I gave them a money order on pick up. I flew to my destination and got my car the next day. Every associate I talked to on the phone or in person was very polite and could easily answer all of my questions. I will definitely contact this company when it comes time to move my car again.
