This was the first time I'd ever shipped a car, and it was as seamless as could be. Todd is attentive, pro-customer, accessible and set us up very quickly with a great transporter. Things happened far quicker than I'd expected, which I appreciated. My only negative is that Todd hasn't branched out his people/business skills into restaurants, retail, ... that would be sweet!
