Deceptive Business Practices-Horrible Customer Service

Was given a quote for $2465 through email and text. When the bill came through the total was switched to $2645. Coincidence? No. Then they charged an additional $79 processing fee which totaled $259 over the quoted price. I contact customer service 3-4 times, had to wait an average 10-15 minutes each time get an agent. When confronted with the disparity I was initially told to send screen shot of quote. Never heard back. Called two more times next day. Was disconnected after first 10 minute wait. Finally got an agent who stonewalled and would not admit fault or wrong doing. Insisted that they couldn’t do any thing to change or adjust the price. She claimed they have a “internal review proces)s on all quotes and that quotes are merely an estimate. Sounds like an excuse for them to Jack up the price with dyslexic number switching and realizing that most customers won’t catch the change/increase in price. Luckily I was able to cancel. Dishonest and rude! Horrible service! STAY AWAY!
