HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION; DO NOT USE!

We arranged to have our truck picked up on Aug. 2nd; the day came and went with no communication. Numerous phone calls and emails later, they were supposed to pick up our truck on Aug. 7th. Again, the day came and went with no communication. We called a dozen times, emailed numerous times, and couldn't reach anyone or get a response. Additionally, they charged us the $2687.00 fee and yet no services were provided. We also called the local company that Hawaii Car Transport uses, and they'd never even received an order for either the Aug. 2nd or 7th pick up dates. We FINALLY were able to get through to someone on the phone (Jenna), and when we calmly tried to explain what was going on, she cut us off and then HUNG UP ON US. After trying to call back several times, she picked up the phone again; we asked to speak to a supervisor and she (Jenna) said she was the supervisor. Again, we tried to explain our situation, and she wouldn't listen, kept talking over us, and was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever received. They refused to resolve the situation, and we were forced to filed a fraud claim with our bank.

All our carriers are selected for transport based on an internal rating system- your feedback provides us the opportunity to address these concerns with the carrier who was assigned to your transport as well as the representative that assisted you.
