Henry is great at keeping touch with you!! His cell phone, his office phone - in the car, while he's having dinner, etc.. He is the BEST with customer service. He also saved us $$ by giving us the best price on our transport. We had a small car that was bought on ebay and needed transport from MA- to NJ. The car was fine, and George- the diriver- was very careful in his handling of the car. Henry says that he only deals w/drivers w/ good ratings, and George, who didn't speak much English, certainly took great care with our car! (You could see how careful he was as he took the car off the truck - and we tipped him for his services).
That said, we did have some delays with the time line. We were not in a big hurry to get the car - and price was more of a factor that time. When I first talked w/ Henry on Tuesday, I was led to believe that this short transport would be done w/in a day or two. Well, the car didin't get picked up until Friday. And then, the quick one-day trip ended up taking the weekend. We didnt get the car until Monday am. This was NOT a problem for us, except for the anticipation of when it would happen - and the inconvenience to the family where the car was located in MA.
BUT Henry did keep in touch and even called MA to keep them informed as well. Again, excellent customer service!
This was my first transport, so I didn't know what to expect. But, all in all, this was a much better experience than I thought it would be. And I thank Henry for stepping us thru this process.
I would not hesitate to call HJK again!! And would recommend him to anyone who wants their car to safely get where it's going!!
