Howard and Debbie were very pleasant to deal with.
Car being shipped was to my 18 year old son in Wichita Falls, Texas at an Air Force tech school so timing wasn't critical or important to me necassarily.
But Howard and Debbie gave me their schedule, they honored it and my son happily recieved the vehicle. My son didn't complain to me about one thing, so that was important.
My son dealt with the truck driver, Dean, and again, my son had no issue with that. My fear was I would get a call from my son complaining to my wife and then I'd have to contact, Howard or Debbie. Never happened, so I'm happy to say that this was as pain free as it could be.
They even came to our house and picked up the car (Debbie drove it back to I assume the HD&J location).
This was far better than I anticipated.
