I have never been lied to so much as by this person. Picked up my 30 ft. boat before labor day 2007. in Ft. Meryers. Was supposed to be on his way and never heard from him, did not answer his phone for 3 days. Said he was in the hospital after falling off my boat on the side of the road. I said I wanted to get someone else to bring my boat. His brother had bid on the move but did not know it was his brother. His brother gave the job back to Thomas. Thomas got a new phone number, changed his name, e-mail. Ok now I think my boat is safely on it's way! WRONG!! Edwin which is really Thomas truck breaks down he tells me in Texas but he is really in Alabama. So he needs the rest of his money to fix the truck. To make a long story short, I get a call from "edwin"
but on my caller ID it says Thomas Nelson???????? So I ask "edwin" Why Thomas Nelson's name came up on the caller ID? He said he had no idea. Then says Mame I'll call you back. At this point I am very confused. He calls back admitting that it has beem Thomas all along and he did not want to lose the job so his brother gave him the job back. I feel like my boat is a hostage. I tell him get my boat here and I did Paypal him the rest of the money. So the day he is supposed to deliver the boat to my house, he would not call me or answer my phone calls!! Now I am getting nervous, had a gut feeling that was right on. I get an e-mail from him that he dropped my boat in Blythe California Starbucks parking lot, says come get your boat I am on my back to Fl. He was too happy with me when I went to the bank in time to stop the payment to him! He is not happy and told me I went about it in the wrong way. I had to have a friend go down to Blythe to pick up my boat after I called the police and had to boat towed to a yard. This boat was dropped 500 miles from our house so it took us over 20 hours to pick it up. Please feel free to contact me about this shoddy shipper. He also stole 150 gallons of fuel. Tank was 1/2 full when we looked at the boat, we go out the first trip and they were empty!
