I got a call from this broker on a Monday He gave me all the answers I wanted to hear. He was nice & pleasant in the beginning, saying my truck would get picked up w/in 3 days... I bought everything He said but It was a total lie. I called Wednesday asking "what the drivers information" He told me don't worry about anything you'll have all the information on/by Friday for a Saturday pickup. Again I believed... I called Him Thursday & Friday to confirm no call back no customer rep I could talk to just voice mail. Here comes Saturday no call from anyone the business was closed & no one picked up my truck. Then early Monday morning He calls as if nothing happened telling me the driver would be calling me on the other line! As I was explaining how unhappy I was about the lies & the promise he made he placed me on an unasked hold. I hung up then, 8 hours later a driver calls me asking me if I still wanted my truck to get picked up but His cost would be $1500 He didn't even apologize + he was rude. All of this was a scam and Goodfellas Shipping got their $200 up front which I found out later was against the law no services where rendered. This was my 1st time ever needing this type of service. I never heard back from Jimmy or anyone from Goodfellas Shipping...
I should have done my research before I gave my credit card number :(
