I am an in the import/export of automobiles and I found the only broker I will ever need to assist getting vehicles to the warehouse when needed. His name is Brenden and is the owner of this company, Goliath Auto Transport. I have been contacting companies like Goliath for nearly a decade. I have NEVER once found a company who would do things exactly as I needed them done. This guy is a ROCKSTAR. Answers his phone at 1 am-2 am EST. I am often in Beijing and this is auto transport, problems do arise and to know that I can ALWAYS reach somebody in the U.S is HUGE!! When in logistics; timing and coordinating are a top priority and you need to be able to reach your contacts. On top of great communication, he knows what he is doing. No surprises. Updates along the way.. He sends me carrier insurance and w-9's before I even request them. I must say Brenden, I have dealt with so many different brokers through the years, you are a leader in your industry. You need to write a book and let everyone take lessons from you. The United States auto transport industry would run like a well-oiled machine if just half the shipper agents did a quarter of what you do. I can't praise you enough. You are a total asset to our team and we are so happy to have found you. We are looking forward to building a great and strong business relationship with you. I wish I could post a review of every transport you've done! So I made sure to get my point across in this one. You deserve it and people need to know it. In a pickle with your auto shipping?
