We ship cars with Brenden every year but this year he went above and beyond. Our carrier had a malfunction with their trailer hydraulics and could not get my car loaded. I told Brenden I didn’t feel safe releasing my vehicle with this truck and driver. But I had a flight the very next morning. Brenden compensates the driver $50 for a cancelation. (And he did not brag this to me, I found out because I tried to give the driver $50 and he told me that the broker already took care of him and sent a Zelle payment. Then Brenden found another driver that cost $100 more.. I was thinking maybe I should wait but then He tells me he will split the $100 with me so it’s only $50. Sends me a Venmo for $50 refund and I paid the new driver the full extra $100 today when I received my car. Brenden & Goliath Auto Team: This speaks volumes about the type of person you are and how you conduct yourself in this business. When you could have easily left me hanging, you went out of your way and spent your own money to help make my transport more successful. I cannot tell you what that means to us. In a time where so many things are a mess, Brenden showed his true colors. You are a great auto shipper and an even better person. Thank you So Much. PS. Really nice talking with you throughout this process, thank you for answering every question I had.
