A perfect example of worst company in business. First vehicle didn't reach on time. When it was late for two weeks(From agreed delivery date), staff started to get rude and stop picking up phone. Posted complain on the website. Owner called in middle of night and started to yell on phone. He posted my personal information on website.
He transferred my business to another transport company after transport review website's intervention and charged me 200$ extra!!!
I engaged credit card to see matter and Golden Transport started to show false documents to credit card company.
Making long story short...transport review website should terminate its account as Golden transport is fraud company...
