I had never transported a car before so I was a little unsure of the process. I would say overall it went very well. The one thing that I would say and I think it is important to understand is that Gold Star Transport really has no control over the drivers or the trucking company. For example; I was told that my vehicle would be delivered to my door step. The truck driver said "no way am I delivering it to your house". I ended up having to meet him at a parking lot to pick up my vehicle. This was not a big deal to me and it was the only thing that didn't meet my expectations. The truck driver was also one of the biggest jerks I've ever met but I only had to talk with him a few times so I killed him with kindness which I think even got him more upset. Oh well, I would be crabby too if I had to drive a truck for a living dealing with all the idiot drivers out there. Overall...YES, I would not hesitate to use Gold Star again, I would give them 2 THUMBS UP!!!!
